I too have had the 3 out plan ever since August of last year. It has been decent to very bad to now very good. I couldn't ask for anything else in a DVD Movie rental company honestly. They respond to emailed customer service questions within 24 hours - their speed of sending out movies and receiving them has been the fastest ever - and they are using the new professional looking shipping folder.
