Pink Sheets News Service, May 27, 2005 -- Yellowstone Corporate Services, Inc. announces that it completed a new issue of 17 million shares of common stock for a total cash consideration of US$120,700 on May 23, 2005 in private transactions. The proceeds are used to settle certain of the Yellowstone Group's existing and outstanding liabilities, and for general working capital purposes. Immediate after this new issue, Yellowstone Corporate Services, Inc. has a total of 116,506,112 shares of issued and outstanding common stock.
