It is spec about the CEO talking to us. But a fact is, no other charges are pending nor being filed against SFIO or other board members. Remember, in 1992 TS was charged with this as well. So he is on the watchlist. Fact is he came up with a great product with a patent. He blew his opportunity to make real money and now Roth will take advantage of this. IMO
