I really hope we do not waste the entire 45 minutes on things that could be revealed in a PR prior to the chat. I want the ability to ask questions directly and then follow up on them, but a lot of questions can be answered quickly in a PR and then remaining questions could be answered in the chat. And if they can't talk much about Chad until the PSC is signed, I'd rather wait until its done.
