That leads into my other question.... Why is Dean still CEO and basically the PR for the firm (unless you count Becky LOL). He needs to step down as CEO, get someone who can run a company to come in and take his role as engineer.

If we could surgically remove his Dean's EGO and replace him with a competent CEO and PR staff, then IMGG could stand a chance. But what are the chances Dean will let someone take over after all his "Hard Work"?
