I have been collecting shares for 3 years now... I have no reason to sell. The DR has plenty of opportunity for the right person to tap into and I think this business plan can do it. One thing we have to remember is that, although the business model may be a good one, they way business is conducted in the DR is not the same as it is here in the States. It is never easy to work with any governmental organization, which in this case, will always be the last roadblock to any move the company wants/attempts to make.
