If someone sells then someone must buy. The pps seems to be manipulated, how else does one explain always posted sales at the bid (or less) and always posted buys at the ask or higher? Also, the sale of 10,000 (or similar numbers) shares for well under the bid in order to bring the pps down etc...it happens all the time around here, but it's such small potatoes that no one seems to really care (except us of course!)
