I agree with you, Razor:

If published PRs legit we're a $.20 - $.50 buyout. Lots of latitude there but we have to factor in patents which, currently, could be worth more to a large company with established markets and distribution than entire aggregate revenue stream.

I know -- all speculation. But that's all we have to play with here due to Pinky. So we do our best given published figs. If Mr Black settles for less than $.10 I'll be looking for detailed explanation.

Quite frankly, however, at this point would be grateful for $.10. Pink Sheets nasty biz. Very difficult adjustment grazing away from traditional investments to pure spec with lots of detours... IMO
