If HNSS's financials are accurate it would be a way for Black to combine the company's and pay a lot less than the true value of the shares. He shouldn't even be considering offers of $.01 per share if the financials are accurate. If he is then he is looking to get the remaining shares on the cheap. Let's see how it plays out. GLTA
