From watching CNBC, Cramer, Trump and listening to their savay ways of doing things; wonder how they would conduct a take over and at what time of the game and what advantage would it be for them to have already a hugh volume of share holders??
I remember a tv series that never got off the ground (can't remember the name) who interviewed struggling entrepreneur's some who had great ideas for a business and some who didn't and how they would agree to finance their business but at an alarming fee of ownership. The entrepreneurs were shocked at the size of the pie the investors wanted in order to finance the business but thats just business.
I see the possiblility of SFIO going in that direction and it is probably in the works as we speak.
I see a win-win in the works/more possitive results out of all of this than the company just drying up.
