It is a fact that the company is selling shares.. It is right there in the fins. What is important is what happens with the proceeds. So far it appears to be helping. Every start up has to sell shares, that is why they went public, they need to raise capital.

IMO by the next time the fins come out this will have broken the .05 resistance.
