Just tring to understand a little more Chuck. You said...

Therefore, it is my belief that this loosely knit group of investors that own Long positions referred to as SCG probably does own a majority of the Float in the Shell ANWM. Therefore, a majority of voting shares could easily be amassed to elect Directors, CEO's, Presidents, etc.

You say it is your belief and I respect that, that the SCG is a loosely knit group. Thats fine!

How could a loosely knit group have the authority to pick any officers of a company unless they are an offically registered group somewhere?

If you go on SCG home page, it says Ken Ash-Owner Stock Sharter Group. Ken uses the word "we" many times in his definition of his group.

Do you know if the SCG is a registered company or something INC, LLC? Again I would surely think they would have to be in order to have a majority vote as to electing anybody.

Example, Chuck says my group, I say my group what says we are anything and have any right? Do you follow me?

At some point the SCG has to be something listed somewhere for it to have rights. And if they are registered somewhere somehow then wouldn't they have to file something with the SEC in order to claim their right to pick an officer of a company?

You also say...

I know that I do not own 10% and it is my understanding that Ken Ash does not either.

Do you know it that is a fact the Ken point of 10%?

Comments?

Next when it comes to the said filings...

In the last PR put out by the company they said...
At the time ANWM was preparing to become "Current" and drop the "Stop sign" on OTCMARKETS.COM by filing the necessary documents to do so.

Being your a top holder and KEN is a holder and backer of ANWM and his group is supposed to be majority holder I don't understand how nobody could/can get any solid info on said filings.

One would surely think Ken would've know something to help investors with any updates all along.
