Safe Harbor Statement and Intro (1 minute)
Dave said hello I am the CEO of Pro marketing Concepts and CEO of Integrity Sales and Service.
He said we have been around since 1965, been in these equipment sales since 1982
Business model/overview: he covered current operations, US business and farming sector:
They refurbish over the road and day tracks and resell them: Talked about his history. He started in the car business, then went to the Trucking business, now he is breaking into Yellow Iron
Expansion: He has implemented a new accounting program what allows him to track costs per project. This is important because, along with the program he has hired an accountant who is specifically in charge of tracking cost per job. Now they know exactly what the cost is and material usage for each job. Her name was Liz and she got on the call and talked.
Facilities:Manufacturing Plant: 18,000 square foot facility: New doors hung, and a new floor plan. Why the doors were so important is the clearing space and clearing height, allowing them to tackle Yellow Iron! Yellow Iron is the big construction equipment with price tags into the millions of dollars. He said high entry barriers to get into it. He can now bring in the really big projects that will make us more money.
Sand Blasting Facility: New sand blast and Paint facility allows us to tackle more jobs at the same time, and also reduce down time, in his old facility he could not work on as many jobs at the same time.
Boom Market: It is a business all onto itself to certify OSHEA cranes and booms. This was a bigger deal than I thought it was, he elaborated into it a bunch.
Bank Line of Credit: They increased the line of credit and are rolling forward with it.
Buyback: they have already purchased $40,000.00 Dollars of stock from the open market. He plans to continue to buy back more shares periodically, and will keep us investors informed when he does that. He wanted to be a long term investors in the company just like us.
Road Shows: He said they have done three, the first one was press released and the second and third have been follows ups to that first road show, meeting with potential investors in smaller circles from 10 to 15 at a time and going through the business plan, financials, and operational plans for the coming years.
Global Expansion (purchase order news today, and world-wide identifier code. ): He PR’ed that they have made international and global purchase orders. We sent 8 trucks to Mexico, they were originally to be sent to Vietnam, but they failed to finance them so he sent them to a buyer in Mexico. He sends a lot of equipment to Canada.
Marketing: Youtube has changed how he does business, instead of someone calling me up and saying what color is the truck or does it have air conditioning, they are now asking for wiring instructions. This marketing tool has made it so they see exactly what they are getting and how it works.
Filings, current status: OTC Markets has proven to be very tough on him to get current. He is working on it right now with accountants, lawyers, and his team, they have submitted info and OTC Markets kicked it back saying you need to dot this I and cross this T. He said they are working on very hard, and stressed this is another big step.
Name change: Once he gets current, which he is working on it, he will submit for a Name and Ticker change.
He has plans to roll in more assets in for AMEX listing: He said he has additional assets he is planning to roll into the company once he is current to assist us in getting to the AMEX. I think he said it or someone else did about baby steps to get there, first the OTC QB or QX, I missed that part with a little static on the line. They already have these assets so he does not have to authorize shares to buy them!
He said no more shares; the share structure will stay the same!!!
