Just spoke to PRGJ's accountant, Wayne Hunt..
He's anticipating having the Q1 financials done by next week, as he's been waiting on the CEO to follow-up on a few things with the books to complete the work. It seems Uma has been traveling a ton for business (and probably for vacation too) and that has slowed things up. Mr. Hunt mentioned that Q2 financials will probably come out pretty soon thereafter and the company will then be current with their information.

Hopefully bigger and better news to follow once that happens!
