Window opens today for announcement of RS date

Last week, when they filed the 8-K that put the 6/22/11 filing with the DE Sec of State announcing the name change into the EDGAR database, I wrote that they had to wait ten days before announcing the date of the reverse split.

I also wrote that that I didn't expect to see a filing before Monday. Obviously, I forgot that Monday was Independence Day.

Because today is now more than ten days since the DE filing, the window is now open for the announcement of the RS date.
