departure of Cate Capital will not have an ultimately negative effect on the outcome on LLEG or the Berlin project.

So who is going to step into Cate's role of putting together the $235M in financing? Yet Cate's departure will have no effect on the Berlin project??? Guess if one considers the Berlin project as dead, then it would be true doesn't matter if financing is no more. Dead is dead.

Effect on LLEG no final payment of $1-5M. That is a negative effect. For the purposes of this forum it does squelch the idea once and for all there would be a mega $20-40M pay off which would instantly finance Susanville. Not happening.
