I am a venture capitalist that has been offered convertible debentures in the past.

I dont like the delays either, but you need to recognize the tier of stock you are trading before you knock other posters for trying to be optimistic.

How is that 5B Common A/S stock with 4 classes of preferred stock working out for ya?

As shareholders, we all vote with our feet. I have partial bids waiting to be filled, so kick some rocks my way if you dont like what is happening.
