I simply understood the "trade for trade" to mean there will be no "naked Short Selling" with this one. Am I correct?

For the SEC to correct that tomorrow is going to be very interesting. To force that volume of shorts to cover shouldn’t be at the loss of the true share holders and personally I don’t think they will make us pay for it either.

Considering the economic news is good tomorrow the bulls will definitely be the benefactors’!
