Technically you are quite correct. Maybe its better to say the MM's are still 'controling' this market/stock. They are there, dont let it fool you. Its kind of like saying naked short selling is illegal, but it still goes on. If a market was completely unsolicited then that would mean you and I are doing the N.S.S.? I dont think so. All I wanted to get across is that its another factor you have to consider when buying into this kind of stock. Those MM's will play, illegal or not.
