I would only change "appears" entirely legitimate to... it is entirely legitimate. We all own, and some of us use it regularly. Its a legitimate product. The legitimacy of the company is what might be at stake right now. Assuming no further actions from brokers or the SEC, the legitimacy is in the hands of Roth now...
