Well it looks like Mr. Edwards came out decent from this.

1. Oppose the project
2. Take a payoff to go away
3. Watch project fail anyway

The only problem I see in his master plan is the slow death of Berlin, thus his business. Here's to the prison getting the funding released. This town deserves better than Jon Edwards and failed biomass.
