If you reread the pr from June 1st no where does it state that they would announce anything on the 3rd. Only that they plan to close the deal by the third. So however unlikely it may be, part of the deal very well could have included a silence for x amount of time. I'm not saying this is what happened but it very well could be. Also it could be that when they originally stated that they will announce the name of the buyer within 48 hours, they had not added the silent period to the contract yet. Again not saying that this is what happened, just a possibility. imo
