MM trying to accumulate at 0001.
they try to get the bidders out
by selling small amounts of shares
and frustrating the bidders
who have to pay a transaction fee
to their broker for a pittance of
shares; e.g. 1 share & etc.

that tells me they will run it someday...
perhaps when the M/A is announced.
