WiLAN expects to reach settlements with remaining defendantsApple, Inc.,

Dell, Inc.,

D-Link Systems, Inc.,

Hewlett Packard Company,

Sony Electronics Inc.

Toshiba America Systems, Inc.

I do stand corrected as it relates to INTEL. They have since settled...

But to the best of my knowledge , the above have not settled.
