they have hinted that the owner is willing to finance the remaining balance. He may sign a note convertible in shares at $3+. There's no way a seller will walk away this close to a deal. Even with 8M additional shares included, I see eps at $1.15 by EFY'12, almost double that of FY'11 as Joe pointed out.
