disaBOOM! (OTC-DSBO) Due Diligence Vol. III
Ok so I have put in a couple of hours of Due Diligence on the CEO. And it is not John Walpuck who in the past has been mentioned as the CEO on or in every OTC Markets.com, press release, SEC filings since it's inception. Please go to OTC Markets and check the SEC filings as well as the reported CEO on the company information box.

Also the address has changed as previously mentioned from 7730 East Belleview Ave. Suite A-306 Greenwood Village, CO 80111 to 3033 Carnegie St. Houston TX 77005. You can see that information on the Colorado SOS page. And elsewhere as I will show you soon.

What I have found out in my researching of this security is that the new name of the Chairman / CEO, or at least new to us investors as Disaboom Inc. (OTC-DSBO) has not press released or SEC filed anything since the deregistering of the securities on 12/31/2009, and has only become active on multiple state SOS pages is Robert Skinner. I just simply placed a call to the registered agent who is one Mrs. Theresa Mehringer esq. who's able bodied assistant returned my phone call a few short hours later and told me that a Mr. Robert Skinner was the one who caused the address change with Colorado SOS.

So that in turn lead me to start the search on Mr. Robert Skinner of Houston,TX. Mind you I have only done a couple of hours of research on him so far and this Blog will be updated as more light is shed upon him and his history. But what I did find out so far is that Mr. Robert Skinner has done a incorporation filing concerning Disaboom Inc. (OTC_DSBO) in the great state of Texas on June 15th, 2011. Seemingly Mrs. Theresa Mehringer esq. is no longer the registered agent as per this June 15th, 2011 Texas SOS initial filing. One Mr. Robert Skinner has taken over those duties.




Also I located him on LinkedIn with the title Chairman / CEO. This to me leaves no doubt about the changing of the CEO position. As Mr. John Walpuck was listed as CEO on any and all previous publicly disseminated forms of contact. i.e. SEC filings, press releases, OTC Markets.com etc... Here is the LinkedIn page.



Now I also ran across this in my limited search at lookupbook filed under Texas New Business Listings. Although as you will see that this business hasn't been classified yet. Here is that link.

So as you can see a lot has been going on with Disaboom Inc. here in the last month. I am hopeful that these events will prove to be a catalyst for some great changes forthcoming for DSBO. I will modify this Blog post with more information as it comes to light.
