Vegas Kid - Well, I am sorry to hear that your shares are held with ST but I am not sure I understand what you meant by 'put back in the market'. I think though I can answer your question by telling you that ST is simply blocked from allowing orders for SFIO to go through them so your shares while this block is still in place will not be available to be placed on the market; your shares will not exist to the market for that day or days while the block is in place. However if you were to say be able to transfer those shares to another brokerage that allowed trade in SFIO during the block then you could possibly do that but I am not sure as I fear it may be the case that even transfers are not going to be allowed right now because they need to let enough time and trades go by to finally account for all of the shares allegedly in the float and O/S, etc then on a trade/trade basis the shares can go on trading normally but even so still for you using ST you will not be able to trade the shares. So unfortunately all I can say for you to do is transfer the shares if possible. Another idea is to call your brokerage and demand to get your stock delivered to you as a stock certificate, this may still be allowed while the lock is in place (not sure, call brokerage), then simply mail it to your new brokerage (whole task maybe would take a few days, no problemo).
cheers
