just reread 11 page govt "complaint" against TS/Fuentes..appears to be a total of (2) 20,000 share transactions, different days..that way if govt screwed up on first deal, they'd have TS on second deal (similar to narcotic busts)..almost sounds like the govt was the undercover hooker on the street, TS and Fuentes driving down the road with the window rolled down, and (undercover witness working with govt) hollers out .."hey, you got the time"..of course, TS/Fuentes in the mood, but govt gal sure helped promote the deal..we need to verify TS is/has plead guilty, and SFIO removes itself from all Fuentes brothers connections! "Complaint" mentions SFIO and employees, but would have halted by now..govt wants to make example of TS..Fuentes bros have history and all need to go..Further, all employees need to be on guard from this point on..I feel TS/Fuentes were only ones involved, others may have known but no evidence. IF TS has plead guilty, i'm sure his attorney would require govt to produce any more illegalities as part of his plea-therefore no surprises down the road. If any other skeletons, Roth needs to take appropriate steps now for good of sfio.
