No joke, I thought that was a Mainland owned road and they would be responsible for the upkeep. Maybe the county is just trying to encourage a restart of work with a gesture, like RB said or maybe Mainland asked them to. It's all good either way, but I'm just guessing, anybody know who initiated the work? I hope it's MNLU, anxious to get to work.
