I had looked at Morphosys a bit a while back. At first I thought to buy on another exchange till I realized they had a US Pink sheet equivalent. Based on the price I had assumed it was a 1 to 1. Interestingly the Morphosys website only mentions another CUSIP with a 1/2=1 exchange

On SI there is a board

and one poster (Germanecki) does a fine job of posting a lot of recent developments (and answered a few of my questions a while back).
I ended up not investing at this time but have kept it on watch. My main thesis was their programs are a bit too early for my comfort.
