It makes absolutely no sense-Make it through all the regulatory hurdles & bow out because of the threat of 3 remaining small power producers threatening to proceed to the NH Supreme Court where the chances would be debateable whether or not they would even hear the case and at that stage of the game proclaim "financing fell thru" I hope that LLEG had the insight to but a binder in the contract that if Cate Street opted out after all regulatory hurdles had been met that they would still be liable for full payment to LLEG.
