Could WGAT and PVSP merge? WGAT will do the licensing and PVSP could provide the service. Just a thought. Here's another interesting piece to the new WGAT patent just issued. This could be very big.

This patent was first applied for way back in 2003 and modified in 2007 before videtelephony was even known. WGAT now has a stranglehold on the entire VT market. WGAT shutdown its service operations in March and handed all their service customers to PVSP. Now that they have the broad VT patent, they most likely will be a huge licensing company to the likes of Apple, Microsoft/Skype, Fring, Tango, Google, etc. They also could decide to sell for a Skype like valuation. This patent changed the face of WGAT overnight and PVSP will benefit indirectly or directly if they merge.
