The capital structure of vper is a mess-- hopefully they are trying to clean it up before releasing the financials-- I still believe this company exits primarily for the benefit of the insiders/private investors. Patience is great but after 8 years as for me I am writing this scam off as a teaching moment-- lesson learned! Good luck to all!
