I have felt that way all along since last year .....I knew what the authorized share and OS share count was when I came in and wasnt worried about it. I figured when Val returned the shares that was what he was immediately going to do with those shares...breaking off pieces to sell , start buying hardware,entering into contracts etc. Its obvious the guy hasnt been wasting money but I think its time to spend and get Palm Coast up.... Seriously now though I think he should focus on O2USA as that would seem the easiest piece to get a revenue stream coming in with since all the infrastructure - using other companies infrastructure - is already in place according to other peoples DD findings....I really believe we have about 2 months left in this to shix or get off the pot or people start sellling off. I have always tried to be objective about otow...leaning more to the positive side most of my time here .....my opinion has shifted to neutral after BIGHEADTV Friday yet another letdown. VAL SPEND SOME MONEY- LETS ROLL ... GO OTOW
