--Do you guys think it's wise to make a move on both SMDI and PELE since they're both involved?


SMDI has a 2 year trend of DECLINE! it is being diluted, i would stay far away.. Pro will give you great returns.. but before you do anything look at the charts and evaluate where both stocks are headed. keep in mind smdi and pele are 2 diffrents companies, and their performance outcome will be seperate.. good luck..!
