This a new twist on an old story. The last time this theory was floated it was supposedly Ubiquity that was working with MDGC to improve the LMDS patents. LOL Ubiquity does not need to work with MDGC! The patents are available for public inspection at any time.

If Ubiquity were to improve on the patents, then Ubiquity owes the older technology holder NOTHING.

This company is a one-man vacuum cleaner salesman's show. That is all is came down to once the entire MDGC China scam fraud fell apart.
