MARK I. LEV, ESQ., Chairman & CEO, is the Founder of Wellfleet Partners, Inc. (“Wellfleet”). He began his Wall Street career after graduating law school at Emanuel and Company in 1984 as its Corporate Counsel and then, over the course of four years, the Director of Investment Banking.
