There is no contract with FIAT. Sirius has exclusive satellite radio rights in the United States market because the FCC isn't allowing entry in that market sector at the present time. FIAT's contract with Worldspace for overseas markets was nulled when the company's assets were liquidated. This is 100% factually true. I can prove FIAT does NOT have a contract with Worldspace because there is nothing to contract between the two parties. Worldspace can't provide a service to FIAT, GM, or any other entity that wishes to pay the company for its product.
