Follow this company and Stan Lee’s Pow! Entertainment, and Ricco Capital Holdings, a Hong-Kong-based merger and acquisition company, have formed a film financing partnership to develop a new franchise of Lee's superheroes aimed at Asian audiences.

The new Los Angeles-based venture, Magic Storm Entertainment, will develop film projects with Lee, the co-creator of Spider-Man, Iron Man, X-Men and Hulk, using new content designed to appeal to Asian markets and broader global audiences, the companies said jointly.
