99% of 11.6 Billion Shares = 11.48 Billion Shares.

Using Friday's closing price of $0.0001, that 11.48 Billion Shares would cost only $1.148 Million.

Greenshift should be producing annualized, gross profit of $25 - $30 Million, based on contracts that were signed last year.

A $1.148 Million share repurchase is totally doable.
