Fidelity takes my Limit order for a sell, good upon market open.

Shows Bid 0f .037, Ask .039. I know those numbers mean nothing, but I wasn't 'warned off' about any lock down. Fidelity Cust Service person had nothing on any lock down either.

Did Fidelity not get the 'word'?
