Why would anyone buy shares into news of a merger without knowing any information about the sales or financial strength of the other company? And in the month-and-a-half since the merger was announced GDHI had neither a conference call nor volunteered any of this information for shareholders.

All we know today is the "merger" is completed and the O/S count went up another 400M and the PPS barely moved.

Replace "merger" with "distribution agreement" and we've seen this how many times now?

If this other company had anything to offer would there have been a need for GDHI to issue another 400M shares at the "bottom" again...
