All depends on which of the IF factors you believe.

This could be a good buying opprotunity IF it is only the MM's buying and selling, or repositioning them selves. Occasionally on these stocks, a few MM's will diappear off the board and the bid drops off (or even the ask skyrockets) only to rebound dramatically when they return. IF this happens intraday, it can make the appearance of some investors making huge money in short time. Watch the volume during these times, usually very little trading happens. IF youre a trader, try to dip in at these levels. If you get a fill you can cash out usually within a couple of days for a 30-50% return.

This could be a great buying opprotunity IF the company is really finalizing test results, bringing another product into the fold, working on marketing for their latest acquisition and finalizing the upcoming PR campaign format. IF this is the case, buy all you can at these levels. You will have ample time in the near future to sell for 100%+ profits - even more if the promo goes well. And as long as you dont get caught being greedy. A promo can come down as fast as it goes up.

On the down side, IF this company is really a pump & dump scam outfit as some suggest, then its quite possible that they have just isued a hoarde of new shares on this latest news and are at this moment lining their pockets at any price they can get (Ive never understood that 'any price' part myself, but thats a different story). Look for large volumes with a downward stock price lasting for several days to confirm this.

These are just a few hints that I have seen over the years. To get into all the 'ands', 'ifs', and 'buts' would take hours of explanation. You know best what type of investor you are and what level of risk you can take. Dig into the past of the company (somewhere besides a chat site) and form your own conclusions as to whether you want to invest. Watch the charts every day and learn to understand why a stock moves like it does.

Lotsa Luck
