Thought this was an interesting statement by Carlson Block...

"Block said that in a worst-case scenario he misread Spreadtrum’s financial statements, and the company can provide a satisfactory response to his questions. Block said his intention in publishing the Spreadtrum letter was to protect investors by improving transparency and not to push the stock down."

IF HE IS BEING SO TRANSPARENT why is he shorting this company? Doesn't want to push the stock down. Yea, Right!

I know it has nothing to do with ONP exactly. BUT JUST MAYBE it is showing everyone how devious Muddy Waters is and how he "misread the financial. He did the same with ONP...
