Parker--I was looking at the 18 area, but I really feel Brazil is the place to be. I think like 7 of the biggest 10 oil finds since 2002 are in Brazil. And many USA rigs went down there last year. All that helps there economy. But, at $17.5 or so, I am sure I will see other stocks to buy, if it gets there.

Another just gettinmg wound up I like that has not had a big move yet is SIFY, an India internet company. Lokls like a double to me to the old high.
