I did a Google search and found your Docket No. 2009-02 document. That's quite a history you put together.

We don't know what the initial trigger was for the SEC. May have been something very sublime such as the 3rd party pumping. But given the history you outlined it wouldn't have taken much for suspension if the SEC found the books not in order.
