If ERHC goes from block awards to PSC signing in a week, how far off could drilling really be? Did they have seismic to select their blocks? Are the blocks prospective or junk? How did they pay for them?

LOT'S of questions, but I like seeing a little excitement around here again! Maybe they can poke some holes... soon.

When majority shareholders don't trade their stock, the price is set by the minority that do. Managements must satisfy the minority.
