Are them going to stay on the AMEX? I used to follow this company but don't know where there're at now. What are the propects for becoming profitable?

I hope then can stay on the AMEX. I know of a company that has a book value of $2.11 and is trading around .55. I think because it's traded OTCBB. I hope they don't kicked off the AMEX
