FBCD has 150 M A/S, 108 M O/S As of June 20, 2011
most pennys have 1-10 billions A/S, or like 800 million A/S
Sid owns 12.5 million
Chris owns 24 million
Enable Capital owns 1,627,500
over 38 million shares locked up there so we know float is under 70 million
that is tiny for a penny stock, so is the A/S n O/S TINY
most CEO`s in pennys say NO DILUTION.
CEO Chris said NO DILUTION n proved it with the current 10Q!
remember NO DILUTION n EXTRA SMALL FLOAT means these people what your shares/profit!

some people are doing whatever they can to try n hold this stock back, even postings on many message boards with the intent of holding this back, n removal of postings too. i look at every post of mine that has been removed n most often i find i broke tou, if not then i ask for a review n reinstatement. this is very on topic because it is happening to this stock.

I was hoping that we would have heard that these people filing false form 3 were caught n being prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

because there are no real cons to talk about when it comes to FBCD, Super Rad , the People running it!
some say NO 8K YET but that is the best part here.
FBCD is becoming Super Rad Industries when the deal is final then what will the pps be?
some say no revenue but we already knew fbcd had no revenue n Super Rad has been in Bus as a private company since 2006 n has revenue. look on ebay you will see there toys, search around thier in quite afew places. 10Q showed us exactly what we thought n expected.

where else can they get shares?
NO DILUTION FLOAT SO SMALL. THEY WANT YOUR SHARES!

why have some that were bashing till they bought under .02 changed to stock owners posting postive now?

what i even like better is all the PR`s that they have been waiting on legal approvel to release has been almost 2 months now. im thinking they will all follow the 8K.

lets also remember there have been no pr`s that have been fluff. all pr`s have been real news.

the shares used to pay the debt need to hit .625 just for the investor Enable Capital to break even. not making a penny just even. then anyone who buys @ .15 would still make 4 times his money before the investor would make any money.
is this doable? that is anyones guess. my opinion is in my postings. im a long, ill be here after July 2012.
