The sale has the full support of the creditors and they are being paid, there will be money left over for the commons and if you search back to previous news releases you will see the plan was for equity to remain all along, the question is how much money will be left over, IMO quite a lot, we could see .50+ value per share here soon, but we all know bankruptcy hype and other companies emerging have shot up to unforseen levels!
